Forcing meeting times to appear as “Free” allows the booking of multiple reservations at the same time. This is an option if there is a need for resources to accept reservations regardless of conflicts. This might be useful when setting up a team or company calendar that displays everyone's schedule in one place. Users can simply invite the team calendar to meetings to publish their schedule.
To enable this feature, on the Management tab of the general or resource-specific configuration properties, set the Item Property Modifications to force show time as “Free”.
