The ERM installation fails to complete. The installation wizard displays the following reason: "The wizard was interrupted before Exchange Resource Manager could be completely installed."

    Ensure that the following services are enabled and running:

    • Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC) service. 
    • COM+ Event System
    • Also, ensure that you are able to view the COM+ applications container in the Component Services console.
