Be careful when changing the default setting for the handling of non-calendar items. Managed resources “Ignore” non-calendar items by default, but two other settings are available – “Delete” and “Reply and Delete”. The “Delete” option is a great way to minimize the size of the resource mailbox, but the “Reply and Delete” option can lead to a message loop if two managed resources set to “Reply and Delete” begin sending messages to one another.
