Is it possible to have the blind copies feature in the notification tab include the original meeting organizer's name as part of the subject when sending out the meeting request? (similar to the RCSSubjectAppendOrganizer registry key or perhaps using a macro based function like <%RequesterDisplay%>)

We have several resources that are managed by a group here and would like the ability for them to receive a copy of the resources' meetings so they are included in their personal calendars which would then allow them to set reminders and also have resource bookings available on their Blackberries/WinMo devices.

 

ERM does support the use of blind copy email for the Resource(Resource Contact Email) or the Requester(RequesterEmail) in the notification tab.  Refer the ERM Administration Guide for further details.

Ok, I understand that there are two options. Using the "Email addresses to receive notice of resource transactions" field will allow for a blind copy of the transaction, which does support the use of the the macro variables.

What I would like is for the "Email addresses to receive blind copies of meeting requests" to also allow for that.

ie.

UserA requests ResourceB

SupportUserC's email is set for "Email addresses to receive blind copies of meeting requests" field

SupportUserC will receive meeting request with ResourceB as the requestor that doesn't include the UserA's information, who was the original requestor.

Is there any way for us to include UserA's information when the meeting is forwarded by ResourceB?


 

This is not supported in the current version of ERM and would require modifications at cost to implement.
