ERM allows limits to be placed on the span of recurring meetings. This feature is used to prevent users from booking resources for extended durations.
For instance, a video store may wish to set a 2 month limit on renting movies. This is accomplished on the Resource tab of the configuration properties (either globally or resource specific). In the Recurring Meetings group box, select the radio button to set the recurring meeting action to, \"Allow recurring meetings limited to number of months,\" and type \"2\" in the text box. Now, no matter when the the request start date is, the duration of the recurrence cannot exceed 2 months.
