Exchange Resource Manager

Hi,

Just recently purchased and sucessfully implented ERM for 15 resources.

One small question, in the response text, I have customized the gloabl setting, and would like to include a bit of formatting.

The only necessary formatting would be spaces..right now I am unable to input hard returns for spaces

Any suggestions?

Sorry, nevermind. I should have tried before posting.

I simply formatted the response text in word, then pasted it from word into ERM, it carried the formatting I required along with it.

You are correct.  There is no way to do hard returns.  What you did - copying to another editor and then back in is what is necessary.
