    Is it possible that ERM(great software) could accept all meeting request even if the resource is booked for the time?

    We need a solution that different people can book at he same time.

    By default ERM, sets events to a status of "busy", unless that setting is modified.  ERM will automatically decline if the event is listed as busy.  ERM can be configured to set events to "Free" and provided no other events exist at the same time with a status of busy, can continue to book the resource for the same time frame.  The caveat to this is that if anyone can directly book the resource, Outlook will mark as busy as well by default and then all other requests for the same time period would be declined.
