On attempting to manage a resource, ERM pops up the following error: Unable to make ERM managed because system error 0x80040e19 occurred. In addition, the following information may be logged:

SOLUTION:
Ensure that the RUS has processed the mailbox of the resource. To force an update, log in to the resource mailbox using Outlook Web Access.
