A simple change to the registry causes ERM to display the base configuration text in blue rather than in italics on the resource configuration properties window.
This can help substantially with the readability of the default text when configuring resources.
To make this change, add/modify the following registry key:

Name: ERMBaseDisplayIs
Type: String
Value: Italics|ChangeColor
Italics = Base configuration text appears in italics (Default)
ChangeColor = Base configuration text appears in blue
